All of our puppies are CKC registered and are sold on a CKC non-breedng agreement.  Prior to going to their new homes, all puppies are thoroughly examined by our  vet.  Puppies go home with their first set of vaccinations, are micro-chipped and have been dewormed. 

We guarantee our puppies for 2 years against any crippling hereditary defects that will impair the dog’s ability to function as a companion and pet before the age of 24 months.  We will accept the return of the “Puppy” in the condition it was originally sold and return your full purchase price or replace the “Puppy” with another dog at our time and option.   All we ask is that written proof from a veterinarian of such a defect be presented.  All reports of hereditary defects are subject to verification by the veterinarian used by Ashmar.

Your puppy will go home with a puppy package that includes copies of all the parent's clearances (hips, elbows, eyes & heart), your puppy's pedigree, early puppy photos and  instructions on how to care for  your  puppy.  Your puppy's CKC  Certificate for Registration follows in the mail once it has been processed by the CKC. 

If you're interested in purchasing a puppy from Ashmar, please read the following and then complete our questionnaire.

1. Once you have been approved to purchase one of our puppies, your name will be added to the upcoming litter of your choice.  Once pregnancy has been confirmed, we will be in contact with you to let you know.  At that point, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will be required and your name will then be placed on the "COMMITTED" list for that particular litter.  We will only take 5 deposits until that litter arrives.  In the meantime, anyone interested in that same litter will be added to our "WAITING" list.
   
   
2. When the litter of your choice has arrived, we will contact you to let you know.  If you were placed on our "WAITING" list, we will notify you and let you know whether or not there is a puppy available to you.  If there is a puppy available, we will then require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 in order to reserve a puppy for you.  If there are no puppies available, you will be given the option of being put on our waiting list for the next available litter.
   
   
3. Sex preference will be given on a first come, first serve basis.  Puppies will be chosen by us according to their distinct temperments and personalties to ensure that they are placed in ideal homes.
   
   
4. When the puppies are 4-5 weeks old, you are welcome to come and visit.  From this point on, you may visit the puppies on a regular basis.  Please call first to make an appointment.  During your visit, we will be giving you a list of suggested and required items for your new puppy.  This way you're sure to be prepared for the new addition to your family.  Make sure you bookmark our site as we will be adding puppy photos of the current litter to our website on a weekly basis. 
   
   
5. Once the puppies are 8 weeks old, they will be ready to go to their new homes.
